TWO bespoke apartments, lovingly restored in a Victorian terraced building, just 2 miles from Newcastle city centre - and a unique cottage in the heart of Seahouses, a beautiful Northumbrian coastal village. Dylan and Karen have created distinct and unique living spaces, with the emphasis very much on comfort. At the two city apartments, they have paid homage to the history of this century-old property with their furnishings and fittings – from exposed brick walls and industrial lighting to oak panelling, and restored handmade furniture.  There is free on-street parking, and all public transport options are on the doorstep, so if you wish, you can park up and forget about your car for the duration of your stay. Fast free cable internet and Netflix services via Smart TV are provided as standard.

The style is heritage, but with a modern twist, producing unique living spaces which both provide a welcoming home from home for your visit to the region. Whatever the reason for your stay, your hosts are always close by to help at Rectory Apartments, where Coalminer’s Cottage,  Docker’s Digs and Little Haven all provide a sumptuous base for up to four guests to sample all that the North East has to offer.
